Refund Policy

1. Overview
Cash Note Book offers subscription-based premium plans for its accounting and financial management software. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided by Easy Life Technology. By purchasing a Cash Note Book subscription, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through Cash Note Book. For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, please also refer to the respective platform's refund policies.
2. Free Trial
Cash Note Book provides a 30-day free trial for all new accounts.
No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision. During the free trial, you have full access to premium features and can cancel at any time without charge.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
3.1 First-Time Purchase Refund
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
- You have not consumed more than 3 SMS credits from your plan during that period.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
- The refund is for your first-ever paid subscription.
3.2 Service Failure Refund
- The Service experienced a critical failure or was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault during your subscription period.
- You reported the issue to info@easylifetechnology.com.bd during the outage.
- The failure was not caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services.
3.3 Billing Error Refund
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized charge).
- You report the error within 30 days of the charge.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- The 7-day refund window has passed.
- You changed your mind after a period of active use.
- Subscription was renewed, and the new billing period has already begun.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period (unless the Service was unavailable due to our fault for more than 24 consecutive hours).
- Refund requests for SMS credits that have already been consumed.
- Promotional credits or service credits issued at our discretion.
- Plans purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes (subject to original promotion terms).
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to
info@easylifetechnology.com.bd with the Subject Line:
"Refund Request — [Your Registered Phone Number]".
Step 2: Include the following information in your message:
- Your registered mobile number
- The date of payment
- The payment method used (bKash / Nagad / bank transfer)
- The transaction reference number or screenshot of payment
- The reason for your refund request
- Subscription plan name
Step 3: Wait for our response. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Note for Google Play or App Store Purchases: If you purchased your subscription through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, please contact the respective platform first as they handle their own refund process.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- bKash and Nagad: refunds typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
- Bank transfer: refunds may take 5 to 7 business days.
- Easy Life Technology does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will revert to the free plan. You can request cancellation by emailing us or using the in-app subscription management settings.
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Account Suspension: If your account is suspended for violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
8.2 Service Discontinuation: If Cash Note Book permanently discontinues a paid feature or the entire Service, we will provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods to all affected users.
8.3 Force Majeure: We are not obligated to provide refunds for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures).
